Simple present - Wiederholung

Person Singular - das he-she-it.

Beispiel:

I go home. -> kein s, weil ich über mich spreche

You go home. -> kein s, weil ich mit jemandem spreche.

He goes home. -> mit s, weil ich über jemanden spreche.

Peter goes home. -> mit s, weil ich über jemanden spreche.

The car goes home. -> mit s, weil ich über etwas spreche.

They go home.

1
Fill in the right form of the simple present.

Peter goes (go) to a car shop. He wants (want) to buy a new car. Hello Sir. I want (want) to buy a new car, he says (say). Oh, you are right here. We have (have) lots of new cars answers (answer) the salesman (Verkäufer). He shows (show) Peter his best cars. But Peter is not happy. He says that he likes (like) a red Ferrari. Oh, says the salesman, we have one over there. Peter looks at the Ferrari. it is (be) beautiful. How much is it? The salesman answers: Oh, it's only 1 million Euros. Peter looks (look) sad. I don't have enough money. How much do you have?, the salesman asks (ask).

In my pocket, I have (have) 20 Euros.

Bsp: I don't go home.

Bsp.: Peter doesn't go home. He doesn't want to. Peter geht nicht nach Hause. Er möchte nicht.

2
Fill in the right negative form of the simple present.

a) Peter doesn't want (not want) to go to school.

b) Peter, Paul and Mary don't text (not text) each other.

c) I don't play (not play) football. I play rugby.

d) We don't live (not live) in London. We live in Plymouth.

e) The car doesn't drive (not drive) too fast. It's ok.

f) The sun doesn't shine (not shine) today. It's raining.

Bsp. Does he play football? - Spielt er Fussball?
