Du bist Auszubildende im Warenhaus WarenWunder
, Am Ziegelturm 10, 63571 Gelnhausen und derzeit in der Personalabteilung eingesetzt.
In letzter Zeit sind verschiedene Beschwerden eingegangen, und die Mitarbeiter sind zunehmend demotiviert. Zwei Mitarbeiter haben bereits gekündigt und sind zum Konkurrenten Warenhaus Lauber
gewechselt. Insgesamt scheint es, dass die Arbeitsabläufe nicht mehr so reibungslos funktionieren wie zuvor.
Die Idee, eine Agentur einzubeziehen, wurde als zu teuer abgelehnt. Stattdessen wurden Beschwerden spezifiziert und verschiedene Fragebögen genutzt, um die genauen Ursachen zu ermitteln. Jetzt ist es an der Zeit, Lösungen zu finden.

Entwickelt gemeinsam ein Konzept zur Mitarbeitermotivation. Das einzige Kriterium, das ihr dabei beachten müsst, ist, dass die Geschäftsleitung aus wirtschaftlichen Gründen einer Gehaltserhöhung leider nicht zustimmen kann. Ansonsten könnt ihr eurer Kreativität freien Lauf lassen.
